LTAPPS SOFTWARE CO., LTD ("LTAPPS", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and handling of data when you install and use the "Approval Hub (HR & Ops Suite)" application (the "App") via Microsoft AppSource or direct deployment.

1. The "Zero Data Collection" Commitment (Data Sovereignty)

The Approval Hub (HR & Ops Suite) is purposefully architected to operate 100% natively within your organization's Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse environment.

2. How Data is Processed (Local Tenant Processing)

All data inputted, processed, and generated by the App (including user profiles, workflow configurations, file attachments, and approval histories) remains strictly confined within your own Microsoft tenant.

• Data storage utilizes your Microsoft Dataverse capacity.
• User authentication and authorization are handled entirely by your Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
• You retain full ownership, control, and administration over all data generated by the App.

3. Compliance (GDPR, CCPA, and Industry Standards)

Because no data ever leaves your Microsoft tenant to reach LTAPPS, the App inherently aligns with your organization's existing data privacy compliance frameworks (such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.). The security and privacy of the data processed by the App rely entirely on the security configurations and agreements you have in place with Microsoft.

4. Support Interactions

If you contact LTAPPS for technical support, we will only collect the information you voluntarily provide (such as your name, corporate email address, and details of the technical issue) solely for the purpose of resolving your support ticket. We will never request direct access to your live data environment without your explicit consent and a secure, temporary access protocol.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be indicated by the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
